Main Usage And Application

This series of dry type iron core series-connected reactor used in low voltage reactive power compensating cabinet, series-connected with capacitor, when the low voltage system has large loads such as rectifier, conversion device and etc other appliances with harmonic waves, they will produce high harmonic vaves and do harm to other electric equipments. After the reactor series connected with capacitors, it can effectively absorb the harmonic waves, improve the voltage wave, and power factor, and eliminate the surging and operating over-voltage, protect the capacitors.


Working Conditions

1. Altitude: ≤2000m;

2. Ambient temperature:-25℃~+45℃, Relative humidity≤90%;

3. There shall have no deleterious gas no explosive or combustible medium.

4. There shall be well ventilating.




Main Structure Features

1. The reactor has three-phase and single phase type, all of iron core dry type.

2. The iron core made of high quality low loss cold rolled oriented silicone steel sheet, core column consists of multiple gas gap, divided evenly into many small sections, gap isolated by use of epoxy resin layer pressed glass cloth, this can ensure the gap have no change during in service.

3. Coil made of H class or C class enamelled copper flat wire, laid closely and evenly, where it has perfect heat radiating performance.

4. After the core and coil are integrated together, then pre-dry, immerse into painting in vacuum chamber heat dry for solidification, H class paint used for immersion, this can solidly condense the coil and iron coil, which will reduce the noise level in service and has high heatproof class.

5. The fixing parts of core column adopted non-magnetic material, to ensure its high quality and low temperature rise.

6. Exposed surface treat for corrosion resistant, output sides utilize tinned copper pipe terminals.


Main Technical Specifications

1.It can be used in 400V 660v power system.

2. Reactance rate:1%、6%、12% and etc.

3. Rated insulation level 3k v/min.

4. The temperature rise limit in all parts of reactor: core not more than 85K, coil not more than 95K.

5. Working noise level not more than 50dB.

6. The reactor can work for long term under power frequency plus harmonic component not more than 1.35 times rated current.

7. Reactance linear degree: the ratio between reactance under 1. 8 time rated current and value under rated current not less than 0.95.

8. The difference between any of two phases' reactance not out of +3%.

9. Temperature proof grade: H class(180℃)and above.
